As of June 4, 2009, all of StrataGold Corporation's issued and outstanding common shares were acquired by Victoria Gold Corp. by way of Plan of Arrangement. StrataGold shareholders will have by now, received 0.1249 of a Victoria common share for every common share of StrataGold owned.

In due course, the Victoria website will be updated to reflect the amalgamation of the two companies'.
